Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admin and HR Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will be responsible for managing all aspects of admin & human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals.
- Manage all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on a wide range of HR issues, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all HR activities are completed effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a track record of success in managing all aspects of HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and direct employees, manage projects and processes, and make strategic decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform strategic.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, shifting deadlines.
