Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Assistant to support our team with email and content management, as well as various organizational and structural tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and organizing our email inbox, creating and managing content, and performing other administrative and structural tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day secretarial jobs at the managing director's office and maintaining proper confidentiality.
- Drafting letters, meeting minutes, correspondence, proposals, speeches, etc. for the managing director both in Bangla and English accurately and in the appropriate format as needed.
- Set up and maintain files, and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels from home and abroad.
- Communicate with related government and private bodies, higher officials in the country, and abroad.
- Manage all confidential files and documents.
- Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
- Organize MD work schedule to maximize their use of time.
- Keep track of daily personal & office schedule as per instruction.
- Handle all phone calls and mail, screening as appropriate to ensure MD's time is used efficiently.
- Arrange meetings and seminars, ensuring as appropriate that participants have all relevant papers in advance and ensuring specifically that the Managing is well prepared for meetings.
- Organizing all Social & Official Functions with keep proper note to maintain proper communication with MD.
- Provide a service that is in line with the MD's work habits and preferences.
- Any other task assigned by the authority.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Chartered Secretary Course will get a preference
- The University of Dhaka, BRAC University, and North South University students will get a preference
- Age at least 25 years
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation).
- English language proficiency in writing and speaking.
- Should have very good interpersonal skills.
- Should be impressive with a smart personality
